HMSA CENTER
HMSA Center, home of the Hawaii Medical Service
Association, the largest medical insurance provider
in Hawaii, is located in the center of Honolulu.
We have maintained this
multi-storied complex since 1984. The HMSA Center has
various planted areas throughout the interior (atrium)
sections and exterior parking garage planters. The HMSA
Center was given the City Beautification Award in 2000
in a ceremony with Mayor Jeremy Harris and our employee,
Mr. Hipolito "Poly" Batalon.
MOKULEIA BEACH COLONY
Mokuleia Beach Colony,
with 26 duplex bungalow cottages and a swimming pool/tennis
court recreation area, is located on beautiful Mokuleia
Beach.
Timoteo Gaoiran and Romulo Apostol work closely with
its management and landscape director/resident to help
maintain a beautiful and healthy landscaping despite
the annual North Shore winter storms and occasional
hurricane.
Akahi Services has served
Mokuleia Beach Colony since 1982.
NOB HILL
Akahi Services, Inc. has maintained the grounds
at Nob Hill since February 1977. Located in Mililani
Town, it has over 500 units and is one of the largest
townhouse complexes in the area.
Nob Hill is maintained
Monday-Friday by a crew of five men and supervised by
Nestor Balicoco who recently celebrated his 22nd year
with Akahi Services, Inc.
We have formed a very
positive and close working relationship with the association's
management, Elaine and Karen, through the years.
